I have now done 3 mortgages with Joe Weiss over the years. Some may think that mortgages are commodities but that is far from true. Joe educated me on all of the pros/cons of the various options including when a refinance makes sense. He is a straight shooter who has always provided the most competitive rates (trust me, I shopped him!) and understands the process. He will stay on top of you to ensure you are pulling together whatever closing conditions the lenders require. This is especially important in a rising rate environment because you don't want your rate lock to expire.

When she ultimately decided she could not proceed with purchasing the home, Joe was tremendously gracious and understanding. Throughout our time working with Joe, it was evident that he truly cares about his clients.

He went above and beyond to make last minute adjustments to our loan to ensure we could close on time and had the best rates around (and we looked A LOT). If you’re on the market for a home loan please do yourself a favor and use Snap Mortage!!!

So many things have changed and there is so much more of a process to go through in acquiring a new home loan. Joe Weiss at Snap Mortgage, LLC was wonderful. He was there every step of the way making sure that we knew and understood exactly what we were doing at each step of the way. He made sure that each item was smooth and quickly taken care of. Closing was very easy because everything got done in a timely matter and Joe made sure that everything was ready and correct. Wonderful working with him.

I've worked with Joe on 3 separate occasions. I purchase my first home with Joe and have gone back to him each time for my refinancing needs. Joe is professional, responsive, and provided a great home purchasing and refinancing experience. Joe made what would normally be a stressful process, very easy to understand and stress-free. I've referred Joe to a few friends and family members, and they have all had very positive experiences. Joe has been in the business for over 20 years and it shows.

We just refinanced our house to take advantage of the lower rates and couldn’t be happier with the service from Joe at Ally Mortgage. From the time of the first call to the closing was under 1 month and all we had to do was submit the documents on the required documents list once: there was no back-and-forth or asking for anything, else. It couldn’t have been simpler: fill out everything online, submit documents online, sign refinanced mortgage. Joe kept us up-to-date by phone through the entire process and was very responsive to all our questions. We have recommended Joe to everyone we know and would not hesitate to use him again when we need a new mortgage.
